LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS in Orange County say they caught David Reza before he was able to carry out the violent rampage he'd planned against his former place of employment, which just happens to be a nuclear generating station. When authorities searched his home and storage unit, they found enough weapons for a medium-size army more than 250 guns, hand grenades, at least 4,000 rounds of ammunition, even a rocket launcher. Reza didn't evoke any Second Amendment protections when questioned about his arsenal. Instead, he said that he'd been gathering the weapons since he was a boy and that they're antiques.
