THE 26TH SAN Francisco International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival runs June 13-30. Venues are Castro Theatre, 429 Castro, S.F.; Herbst Theatre, 401 Van Ness, S.F.; San Francisco Main Public Library, 100 Larkin, S.F.; and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater, 700 Howard, S.F. Tickets are $7.50-$8.50, $5-$6 matinees. Opening night is Thurs/13 and features Lan Yu and Notorious C.H.O., followed by a party (Lan Yu, 7:30 p.m., Castro; Notorious C.H.O., 8 p.m., Herbst; party, Veterans Building, 401 Van Ness.
