POTRERO POWER PLANTS action alert The city is planning to site as many as four new power plants in the Potrero Hill neighborhood – with no formal written guarantee that the existing filthy Pacific Gas and Electric Co. power plant will be shut down first or that Mirant Corp. will be stopped from expanding its plant. Public workshops on the issue will be held on the following days:
