Fast-food labor film

Thursday, June 10, come to the premiere of Eyes on the Fries: Young Workers in the Service Economy, produced by the UC Berkeley Labor Center. Global Exchange awards

Thursday, June 10, at its fourth annual Human Rights Awards ceremony, Global Exchange honors Harry Belafonte and the international farmers organization Via Campesina. Harmony celebration

LGBT documentary winner

Sunday, June 13, Parents, Friends, and Families of Lesbians and Gays presents a screening of I Exist, voted the best documentary of the 2003 New York Lesbian and Gay Film Festival and the 2003 Turin International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. Peace and labor conference

Power proposal hearing
