Dine out for charity

Wednesday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 17, eat out to support the AIDS Emergency Fund and the Breast Cancer Emergency Fund. This year's Dine Around features 22 restaurants in the Castro and Noe Valley participating Nov. 10, and 15 in the Mission District and South of Market Nov. 17. Human rights discussion

Thursday, Nov. 11, attend a lunchtime discussion hosted by the World Affairs Council and hear this year's Human Rights Watch honorees discuss their drive to protect freedom. The activists honored are Maitre Honore Musoko from Justice Plus in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Natalia Zhukova of Russia's Committee of Soldiers' Mothers, and Habib Rahiab, an Afghan human rights documentarian.
