Half jazzed After several years of unsuccessfully petitioning for an amendment to its Alcoholic Beverage Control license, jazz club, bar, and Ethiopian restaurant Club Waziema (543 Divisadero, S.F. 415-346-6641) can now get you schnockered on hard liquor along with wine and beer. They serve drinks like a bar, but still keep hours like a restaurant they're only open until midnight. SoMa eats "One of my partners knew that everyone in the community was asking for a supermarket with fresh, good-quality food," says Andrea Mangan, co-owner of Harvest Urban Market (191 Eighth St., S.F. 415-621-1000). South of Market's recent uptick in supermarkets includes a Whole Foods that opened in January, and a Safeway that opened at the end of October. But now food shopping has taken an independent slant with a second, 14,000-square foot edition of the Castro market, featuring organic foods and a bustling café, deli, and bakery.
