Members only This is Small Business Week, and to mark the occasion the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (703 Market, Ste. 611, S.F. 415-278-9611) is offering annual memberships for just $85 to businesses with 10 employees or fewer that sign up April 29. "To be a member, you don't need to be Latino; you can be a professional or businessperson of any ethnicity who is interested in doing business in the Latino community," program manager Sofia Ayala said.
