Memorial bike ride

Join a bicycle ride in memory of Sarah Tucker, the cyclist killed last Thursday in a hit-and-run accident by a motorist running a red light. The ride starts at City Hall, moves to the accident site, at Polk and Geary, then circles around to the Hall of Justice (850 Bryant, SF). Tucker's friends and the San Francisco Bicylce Coalition also hope to raise awareness about street safety and enforcement of traffic laws. Anyone with information about the accident that could lead to the driver of a Black Honda CR-V with passenger-door damage should call Inspector Pat Tobin at (415) 553-1641 or the confidential tip line at (415) 575-4444.
