The haters. The fakers. The snobs. The cover! One entertains so very many qualms about the nightlife these days. It's enough to make you stay home and pet your kitty, watching Project Runway and sipping Baby Duck from the bottle. Or you can do something about it, like, say, doing it yourself. That's right: Throw your own party, open your own club, rule your own scene. In this admittedly cheeky issue of Bars & Clubs, we're hoping to spur you into getting a nightlife of your own. Dance steps, red tape, fundraisers, shortcuts, gossip, robots — the only thing we're not giving you is the money. And you might just find you don't need any of that either. Because, baby, you are money. Golden. Now get out there and make a fuss. Life's too short to stay indoors with the remote.
