Immigration rights event

Help immigration rights leaders raise money to lobby against the anti-immigrant bill HR 4437 soon to be voted on in the US Senate. Sup. Chris Daly and Sheila Chung of the Bay Area Immigration Rights Center host a fundraiser with spoken word, live music, and tango dancing. The bill makes it illegal for anyone, possibly including social service workers, to help an undocumented worker remain in the country and allows for immigration officials to deport noncitizens without due process.
