This is so disappointing. We have a german shepherd named Meka who we constantly take to Fort Funston. It is her favorite place to go and run with the dogs. I had heard about this when it happened because there were signs posted at Fort Funston. The worrisome fact is if this person is capable of this, what else are they capable of. Unfortunately, there are so many criminals that are repeat offenders, and are walking around on the streets of SF.
