Andy Cooper, the Folsom board prez, says: "We realize that our rising booth costs have been slowly shutting out the struggling artists. So, the inauguration of a dedicated erotic arts area is one way of returning to our grassroots and promoting greater cultural and artistic diversity at the Fair."
Neato! I gotta say, this weekend's Folsom is already looking like a slambang party with its heart in the right place.
