Watch out Rizzo!The word on the street is that Johnnie Carter has passed John Rizzo for a seat on City College's Board. According to Ross Mirkarimi's aide, Boris Delepine, on Friday Carter was up 100 votes and angled to take the third available seat on the Board. The final results of the ballot count will be out on Tuesday.
