I would say that it is high time a person has run for mayor that is willing to state his mind and follow through with what he promises. I am fully confident that Quintin would uphold his promises. The current mayor has had so many problems with his staff and ends up firing them but perhapes if he did a better job they would not have been doing such a poor job for a extended amount of time.
