In what is surely a sign of the decline of capitalism, Babes and Billionaires is now open for your consumption. This previously invitation-only site -- one described by its creators as "where the honeys meet the money" -- purportedly connects "billionaires" with "babes" (skepticism and scare quotes mandatory) and promises to be a cut above similar sites like Millionaire Match, Sugar Daddy for Me, Seeking Millionaire, and Seeking Arrangement, though how remains unclear, particularly in the area of general douche-baggery.
During a brief a phone conversation, Lawrence Miller (CFO) and Arnold Zelonka (VP of Marketing/Creative Director) used terms like "A-List" and "garbage" to differentiate between people, called their taste in female beauty "incredibly discerning," and admitted to believing Babes and Billionaires to be "a very clever name".
According to Miller, who is the only person I've ever spoken to who used the term "A-List" three times in the span of less than a minute: "The original genesis was contacts throughout the United States, mostly A-List people. We invited them to join what was then a private club and a place for them to meet. Professionally, I was in the entertainment business for many years and I've had a huge database of A-List people. And my Director of Marketing was in the advertising business and also had a large database of A-List people." When I asked him who he considered A-List, he responded, "People in the entertainment industry, and the rich and beautiful. We are gearing our marketing to those that qualify."
Though he said, "I wouldn't be so presumptuous to say I'm the ultimate judge of beauty," he did admit to having "incredibly discerning taste" in female beauty. As for the men? How rich are they? "Most of the men are worth in excess of 10 million dollars." The pairing between beautiful women and rich men works well for an online medium, Zelonka argued, because "People with money don't want to mingle with the garbage to meet people to date. A lot of them are shy and busy." And, if members of the site are anything to go by, some of them (actually, all of them) are creepy and talk like Smoove B from The Onion.

I am really surprised to read BabesandBillionaire shed in that kind of lite...
I have been a member of that site for some time now... And it is a very safe forum to navigate from..If at any time I have contacted the site manager with questions and/or concerns I not only received a quick response but my questions were answered and my issues resolved. I dont feel like they are these mysterious people behind a site. They are very approachable and friendly and have provided me with a wonderful place to meet Really wealthy and kind gentleman.. with emphasis on gentleman..I am educated and genuine and that is what I am surrounded by on this site. So I suggest you get your facts straight as I take it very personal that the dating I chose and its members are portrayed as sleazy or creepy... we are anything but.

Who do they think they are kidding? The profiles all look fake. Besides that, why would a site with such discerning taste and huge database of A-Listers need to advertise on Craiglist for people to go out and talk about them at clubs and parties?

Why didnt Juliette do a little more research ? If she had she would have found that the site only started in October of 2008.
I get the marketing of trying to sound like the it place to be in online dating but its just a scam.
The girl who gives testominal to having been on the site for a year or so and only got in because of another girl who had met her boyfriend on the site. That girl who gave the testimoney is profile # 5 on the site if you click on her picture. So who was she mingling with, the girl who bumped her in who was profile #4 and her boyfriend profile #3. whats that leave profile #1 and #2 the owner of the site and his gf ?
Every profile looks and sounds fake and weird.
Count this a lister as an outt a there lister.

I am going to go out on a limb here and disagree with the previous posters.
I think the site looks very pretty, upscale and well done. I was impressed.
Granted, the photos do seem a little too good to be true, and the majority of the profiles all seem to border on the same type of personality, it is a start up site and it is to be expected.
I would give it some time. To me, having been a former member of sugardaddie and millionaire match, this site seems to have had much more thought put into it and is much more tastefully done.
I personally , if I was in the market, would utilize this site.

This is hilarious...
I am an actual member of this site and in my own personal opinion there are a few things that can be upgraded and corrected as far as programming.. But the women I have met online are absolutley lovely. Some want long term not exactly what I am after and ..and its not that kind of site.. I am not a billionaire but have plenty to go around and if this site provides me with beauties I can spoil.. then more power to them and me, of course. It's fantastic site and Ive probably dated every gorgeous girl on the other sites.. and now its their turn.

They are copying profile descriptions from the other legitimate matchmaking sites, word for word. The only original material you will find on Babes and Billionaires is sloppy punctuation similar to the above.

Seems like a stupid website to me ... and who would want to pay such a hefty amount of money when one can easily meet gorgeous girls on other more established competing websites such as SeekingArrangement.com? This market space is already way saturated as it is, and how many more of this honey for money type dating websites can there be? Seems like everyone thinks its easy to make money simply launching a site like this.

the sight looks better then some others but its stil the lamest one their is.
every single picture looks like it was taken off a stock photo sight, what a joke, and the profiles were only written by one or two people.
30 dollars a month. i dont think so. not for an upstart. i am a millionaire. i didn't get there from being stupid, this sight is stupid. if you doubt me d oa search and look what the owner of the sight and hi girlfriend write each oher.

I just want to say this site is amazing and has a High standard and quality of people.... Male and female! The only people that can hate are the ones that are not rich and beautiful... I wish them the best and I also heard they are doing loads of charity work with their clients to give back to all.... This is great....

If this was such an exclusive site , by invitation only, meaning they previously existed , why are they , in their words , stating that they are a NEW online dating site that wishes to advertise on breakup.com ?
I understand marketing, but it should be kept based on a little reality.
