I met Tricia at the outgoing referral award luncheon with Coldwell Banker. I knew as soon as I met her that she was going to be a success in the Real Estate field. We discussed relocation and she was so excited to learn more about it. I told her that she should talk to her manager Marcia Schwartz to get on the team. Typically an agent has to have 2 years of experience in Real Estate to get on the team. Well Tricia was an exception to the rule. I was able to assign Tricia to some of the incoming buyer and seller referrals and she graciously accepted anything that came her way. Even the most diffucult clients. Tricia would call me every week to keep me updated on the progress of the referral. I will truly miss her weekly calls and will think of her everytime I have a referral that I could have assigned to Tricia.
I was wearing a pink cowboy hat at her memorial but had to leave early for another engagement and was not able get up and speak so I am sneding this along to all of you to read. I will miss you Tricia and I will think about you often.....
