Please vote NO on San Francisco Proposition R.

The Oceanside Wastewater Treatment Plant is a outstanding work of engineering providing an essential public service to the San Francisco Bay Area. To spend precious public resources renaming the Oceanside plant after George W. Bush would defile the Oceanside plant and bring disgrace to the citizens of San Francisco. George W. Bush participated in an act of fraud, deceiving our country into an unprovoked war resulting in the death of hundreds of thousands of innocent humans including thousands of our armed service members - he is considered a war criminal by many the world over. It would be truly disgusting to have Bush´s name prominently displayed on such an important and functional public facility on the beautiful Ocean Beach area.

If San Francisco really has funds available to spend bringing recognition to George W. Bush, then I recommend finding some other outlet, perhaps a monument to the dead, injured and displaced on the Embarcadero. Or perhaps start a trust fund that will distribute funds every month to a different Iraqi child who lost his family or body parts due to Bush´s criminal act of aggression.

If San Francisco citizens would like to take a positive action at the voting booth then they can remove Nancy Pelosi from office - an individual bearing major responsibility for the failure, as yet, to bring these grotesque criminals to justice - a blow against our constitution and to the soft power of the United States.

Proposition R is a silly bar joke - please San Francisco don`t let the joke be on you
