A record label is now a 501c3 tax exempt private charity helping everyone.

1. smart enough to know the power of the unique band/fan relationship with integrity not to abuse it.

2. Friend to artists and fans - like the best customer service department ever.

3. Always there with a toll free 800 number in an emergency

4. honesty, respect, finding common ground

5. dedicated to sustainable future, social justice, education reform but in a more enjoyable and entertaining manner.

6. Does not tell anyone they are stupid

7. Connected to a group of like minded people globally, in all areas

8. Has the power to take out major corporations should some artist or fan be unjustly treated.

9. Goes out of way to help others.

10. knows the fine line between clever and when to assume grown-up responsibilities for a bit.

11. uses"competition" on in context of sports or poker

12. Wins not by force (waste of energy) but ambiguity

13. Everyone wins therefore.
