The San Francisco Bay Guardian is looking for a part-time Web Developer (minimum 20 hrs/wk) to help us expand and refine SFBG.com. Candidates should be familiar with Movable Type, PHP, MYSQL, Smarty Templating Engine, Photoshop, Illustrator and be able to hand-code in XHTML and CSS, with some experience in various audio/video players. Preferred, but not necessary: Ajax, JQuery, and Unix Command Line. A sense of adventure, good communication skills, and firm grasp of current Web trends are also preferred.
