How incredibly strange: District Five, the most left-leaning district in the city, just elected a moderate supervisor who supports the sit-lie law and has the backing of the landlords. District 7, the most conserative district, elected a labor guy who may sometimes be a swing vote.

The preliminary RCV results show London Breed winning in D5 and FX Crowley in D7. The D7 results are close and could change; the D5 results are not. Promoted by landlord money and helped by two billionaires attacking incumbent Christina Olague, Breed is now in a position to move the board to the right.

Olague's idiotic vote to reinstate Mirkarimi secured her loss, especially after she got payback ie. Avalos/Campos/Agnos endorsements for her vote.

Eric Mar won only because he had the balls to do the right thing and vote against Mirkarimi. People like to see their elected officials do the right thing.

Coincidence? Nope, Mirkarimi is the progressive cancer that keeps on giving.
He single- handedly divided the community, and has angered DV advocates, who the heck angers and attacks Avocates of victims, Mirkarimi and his DV supporters!

Olague didn't seem to mind the billionaires' maximum donations to her campaign a few months back.

Her cowardice to stand up and instead please the white dominated progressive good ol' boys was a complete FAIL.

LOL...amazing the reactions now at Ms. Breed's questionable victory when there'd been fair warning on this woman's policies, leadership & truthfulness. As i pointed out earlier this week, she told all of you, " I don't owe anybody anything". Blatantly LIED about not knowing why the realtors/landlords were on her side, and the D5 sheep fell for it.

She, right now, is the biggest fraud pick to move into an upper political post in a good long while. Probably since Kamala Harris (one of Breed's mentors). It's to bad because D5 deserves so much more than what they're about to get.
