How many times have you sat around your ancient apartment on a post apocalyptic looking San Francisco summer day, reminiscing about how great summer used to be. You know, those warm sunny days full of ice cold brew and summer flings. The type of days that one can only dream of.
Well, the dream is real! Last weekend I had had one too many foggy day meltdowns and snapped. I grabbed a couple friends and some trunks and bolted for Tahoe. Within 5 hours we were bombing across the lake on a ski boat from 1981 with a duffle bag full of beers and the stereo blasting. There were epic sunburns for everyone involved, that were soothed with margs on the deck of Sunnyside at twilight. To ensure we did Tahoe right, we grabbed one last ski at 8pm before cruising back to The City.
Go make your dream a reality.
